Together we praise each other up as we learn math, practice the Catholic faith, and become mindful stewards of our talents. We respectfully share ideas, and help one another on our journey to become better mathematicians. We seek ways to bridge what we know with what we are now learning. Together we share the aloha island spirit, as we build up a caring network of learners.
Introduction to Mrs. Roz Chantengco
I have been serving the state of California as a credentialed teacher since 2001, in which I integrate the arts to enhance learning. I have taught grades preK through 12, helping struggling students learn to read, write, and do math. Currently, I teach math at the Moreau Catholic High School in northern California. Classes include Algebra 1B, Algebra 2, and Analysis & Trigonometry, for students who are in grades 10 through 12.
It is a joy to bring the aloha island spirit into the classroom. I foster a culture of success, while I teach in a relaxed, upbeat learning environment. Students are thriving and enjoying math for the first time, even though it may be their senior year of high school.
